The second axis. A stall type says what is sold; a build form says what is physically erected and what it costs.
The SFI floor plan collapsed category and construction into a single list, so a nine-square-metre shell and a two-hundred-square-metre state pavilion appeared as equivalent line items. Separating them lets the same stall type be sold at three price points — a turf supplier can take a sample bay, a corner or a peninsula — and lets the organiser price by open sides, utilities and floor loading rather than by guesswork.
Each restructure decision traces to something observed on 30 July.

Twenty-six of sixty-five exhibitors — forty percent of the recorded floor — sold surfaces, flooring, turf, seating, polymers or venue construction. Sports technology, which absorbs most of the conversation about the sector, accounted for eleven. A summit floor plan that gives these two equal space will have a crowded Build zone and a hollow Data zone by mid-morning on day one.
